Cooper has developed quite a manly physique. As you can see from the pictures, milk does a body gooooooood. He loves to show off his muscles to the ladies. I can't believe how fast he is growing. Every day he changes so much. And I love him so much I don't know what to do with myself. He is probably sick of me kissing him so much!!
Cooper does so many cute things. One funny thing is he has started to wake us up by not really crying, but just "yelling out". It is such a funny sound. Kinda like baby talk for "hey mama and dada, come get me and give me some food". It cracks us up. He is s
till sleeping through the night which is such a blessing because I returned to work this week.
He was with his aunt Dianne for four days while mommy went back to work. My heart breaks over it! I have had a really hard time leaving him...I have had a mini breakdown every day...Shaun had to do the drop off the first day because I couldn't handle it. Aunt Amanda sent me flowers today and that really cheered me up!! so things are getting easier. The upside of the situation is I have a job I love, I work with wonderful people, and I am out for the summer in May. A colleague reminded me today that there are only 87 school days left until summer break...so bearing all that in mind, I am surviving.
As for little Coopie-Poopie he doesn't seem to miss me. I think he loved all the interaction with his cousins. He is happy and smiley. If he wasn't spoiled before he definitely is now, I can't stand to set him down while I have him. So from the moment I pick him up until the moment he goes to sleep I am holding him. Shaun and I fight over who gets him...this boy is so loved!! Next week he'll start with his regular babysitter, Grandma Stanton.

Amiee,
Leaving them never is easy, but it sure make you appreciate the time you have with the little one. Sounds like you have people that love him watching him. Good thing you don't have to take him to a day care. He is getting so big, he is a beautiful lil' man.
Take care,
Sarah
Hey girl-
We just got back from Texas a couple of days ago and I got y'alls christmas card. Your little family is soooo cute! So of course I logged on to see more pics of mini shaun. I have the same thing (not shaun :) ) but a mini Jeff. I don't think I donated any genes either. Jeff might have well birthed him. Work sucks I'm sure but keep enjoying every minute with little Cooper. I know everyone says this but they grow up so fast. I can remember when Hannah was Isaac's age and now she is bossing me around. :) Maybe we'll see y'all next Texas trip. I can't go very long without seein' Momma Jill. Tell Shaun I said hi!
Love,
Natalie Dunning

I am glad to hear you are all doing well. I am sure Cooper misses you, they always do. He is so lucky to have such a good mom as you! Good luck with going back to work...it will all be fine!
