We have had several projects lately to keep us busy. One is redoing our flower beds in the front and creating new ones in the back. There was a huge empty space where our shed used to be (thanks Ike). Instead of replacing it we decided to begin a landscaping project. Shaun had 5 yards of dirt delivered and set to work. Cooper and I helped a little, very little. It is still a work in progress but our yard is really looking better. When spring comes, we'll finish it out!

We also have been making yard art...just a wild hair I got! I traced the images from a projector, Shaun cut them out with the jig saw, he sanded them, then I painted them, he cut the poles and attached the brackets, then he pounded the poles in the ground and viola! we have Thanksgiving yard art! They turned out pretty cute. I leared a lot with the first set and I think I will be better especially with painting, the more we do. We also made a set for Cooper's Mary (babysitter). She got an indian girl instead of a pilgrim girl. I forgot to take pictures. Maybe when we retire we can start a business! For now, we are done for a little while...I purchased our Christmas yard stuff!

Cooper's new thing is singing words that he would usually say. To me, it's pretty hilarious! For instance, he might say "Mama look there's a tractor" but instead of saying tractor he'd sing it like an opera singer while shaking his head and raising his hands to the sky. Here is a little video that is obviously slightly coerced. In true two year old fashion, he quit performing as soon as I got out the camera. I'll have to be a little quicker next time. Nonetheless here he is singing for his food.

I have come to the realization that maternity clothes are for short people. I guess I am slightly above average height, but every pair of maternity pants I try on looks just a little too short. So I decided to go buy a pair of regular jeans one size up. When I put them on, Shaun said, "Those don't look like they're a bigger size!" After I marveled at his skills with the ladies and wondered how he ever got a second date, I realized, they don't fit like a bigger size, they fit like the right size. So riddle me this, how has my butt spread when I have lost five pounds since I got pregnant? BTW searching for clip under the words big butts is not advisable on the Internet!

Cooper is having fun learning to hit a ball of his tee. Here he is in his very cramped room practicing with daddy. Yes, we know he deserves furniture and a bed frame, we're working on it!

I highly recommend Gap Long and Lean maternity jeans. I have the same problem and they are the ONLY ones that fit me like normal jeans and have the length. They even fit great AFTER baby is born.
Cooper is adorable as ever.
Oh man, Cooper is so cute! I love the singing!
I recommend investing a pair of Citizen maternity and wearing them 4 days a week like I did. You feel fabulous and get your moneys worth. Coope is great. Stella yells memememe When she doesn't want your help.
Look forward to seeing more.

I seriously can't spell tonight.
Sorry about that comment

Great post. But let's pace ourselves. A little here and a little there seems good. Love Cooperman hitting off the tee. Good swing and amzing follow thru. Yard art really cute. You, Andrea, Shaun, and Coop digity did great job. Butt is not that big. Looking forward to Christmas yard art pics. Sad Christmas 2008, nobody coming from out of town this year. Landscaping looks like hard work, but will be rewarding. That is until hurricane Yoda - Yes kick your butt, I will - comes to town and uses the force to blow away your plants. Or is that the big bad wolf? I get them all confused.. I have 88 comments and counting. Looks like it's a $20 gift card for the winner.
Thank you for the update!!! We love you guys and love all the videos. The yard art if "FAAAAABUUUUlous!" (I just sang that like Coooper would!)
